How leads work
Homeowners fill in a short quote request and can pick up to three pros. We confirm their phone number, check the request is in your service area, and send it to you by text and email. We never send one request to more than three pros, and we always tell you how many.
Our lead credit policy
If a lead has a bad phone number, is a duplicate, is outside your area or is not for your service, tell us from your dashboard and we credit it, usually within two business days. Credits are not given for leads that did not answer after you tried, or for jobs you did not win. Credits are applied to your account and expire after six months.
Paid placements
Premium placements are labeled Paid Advertisement. Verified, licensed and insured badges are earned by documents we check; they cannot be bought.
Questions
Only one Premium contractor holds a given city and service. They see new quote requests first and appear in the top paid positions for that area.
Featured is month to month. Premium has a three-month minimum, then month to month.
Featured and Premium listings are eligible for homeowner quote requests in their cities and services. We do not promise a number of leads, because they depend on homeowner demand. If we ever charge per lead, you will see the price before you accept.
Yes. Ratings imported from your Google Business Profile are labeled as Google ratings. Paid listings can also collect reviews directly on Yes Home Pros.
