Yes Home Pros is an independent online directory. We are not a contractor, engineer or insurer, and we do not perform or supervise any work.

Listings and information

Pro listings, ratings, licensing notes and cost ranges are provided for general information and may be incomplete or out of date. Costs vary by home, soil, scope and market. Verify licensing, insurance and references, and get written estimates before hiring anyone.

Your relationship with pros

Any agreement is solely between you and the pro you choose. Yes Home Pros is not a party to it and is not responsible for the work, pricing, scheduling or results.

Requests for quotes

By submitting a request you authorize us and the pros we match you with to contact you about it. Requesting quotes is free and creates no obligation to hire.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Yes Home Pros is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from services provided by listed pros.
