When you request quotes we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), city, ZIP code, the service you need, any message you write, the page you submitted from, your IP address, and a record of your contact consent. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link we store campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) in a cookie for up to 30 days to understand which campaigns work.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with local pros who can help, to contact you about your request, to operate and improve the site, and to prevent spam and fraud.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the pros we match you with so they can contact you, and with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, customer-relationship and email tools, analytics). We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or stop contact, by submitting the quote form and writing “Privacy request” in the message. You may also reply STOP to any text message.
